Citizens' Campaign for a  Grand Jury Investigation


Statement by Don Meserlian:


The Mission Statement of the "Citizen's Campaign for a 9/11 Grand Jury Investigation" will include three sample letters that will constitute a "Triple Threat Spring Campaign for 9/11 Justice:"


1. Letter to Andrew Cuomo, N.Y. State Attorney General (sample letter)

2. Letter to N. Caldwell Mayor, Council & Municipal Court Judge (Justice)  (sample letter)

3. Letter to Paula Dow, New Jersey State Attorney General (e mail to her secretary)


Now that a N.Y. state municipal court justice, Ronald Dygert, has accepted the undeniable "evidence of treason" and forwarded same to Angelo Cuomo I will need support to have Cuomo obey the 2 laws, "Misprision of Treason" and "Obstruction of Justice", and convene a Grand Jury Investigation ASAP.


If he doesn't respond to this request both the 1, 2 and 3  sample letters should be sent by the teleconference leaders from all 50 states to force Cuomo to take the action legally required.

Now that the "9/11 Truth Proclamation" has been accepted by a municipal court justice I am asking Jonathan (and Jeffrey) to accept this document and withdraw their proposed "evidence of treason". This will be a test as to whether unity exists between the teleconference leaders.

This is what I propose:  that the group support for my "Citizen's Campaign for a 9/11 Grand Jury Investigation in 2010"; this should be the project for your "Triple Threat Spring Campaign" and the "9/11 Truth Proclamation" should be the accepted "evidence of treason" that all supporters will use as per the sample letters.

I have reviewed the indisputable "evidence of treason" stated in the attached "9/11 Truth Proclamation" and now know that the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 on 9/11/01 was caused by controlled demolition and not fire.

 

USC 18 par. 2382, "Misprision of Treason" requires that I  take action on this indisputable  "evidence of treason" or be subject to a possible 7 year jail term and fine.. In addition I would be guilty of "obstruction of justice" if I ignored this evidence and refuted to take action.

 

I ask that you convene a Grand Jury ,"as soon as possible" per USC 18 par. 2382,to determine the parties responsible for planning and executing the controlled demolition of the Twin Towers and WTC 7.

 

Please state how and when you will take the requested action.

In addition I would be guilty of "obstruction of justice ( NJSA 2C:29-1a & b "Obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function") if I ignored this evidence and refused to take action.

 

USC 18 par. 2382 requires that "evidence of treason" be presented to "a judge or justice of a particular state". Please direct the municipal court judge to send a letter to Andrew Cuomo, New York State Attorney General per the enclosed sample.A copy of this letter should be sent to Paula Dow, New Jersey State Attorney General.

 

Proclamations are issued by the mayor and council to recognize either people or significant events. Since the events of 9/11/01 were used to take this nation into unjustified wars, I request that the mayor and council sign the "9/11 Truth Proclamation" and provide this vital information to their citizens.

 

Please state whether you will or will not obey the two laws stated above and take the requested action.

3. Letter to your state Attorney General

Please review the undeniable "evidence of treason" in the "9/11 Truth Proclamation", www.voicesofsafety.com/pogonews/petitions/ , and obey USC par. 2382 "Misprision of Treason" and NJSA 2C: 29-1a & b , "Obstructing administration of law or other governmental function".

 

Please state whether you will write a letter to N.Y. Attorney General Andrew Cuomo stating that you accept this  indisputable "evidence of treason" and request that he convene a Grand Jury "as soon as possible" to determine the parties responsible for planning and executing the controlled demolition of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 on 9/11/01.

9-11 TRUTH PROCLAMATION

Whereas

the President’s "9-11 Commission Report", according to pg. 7, "The Report of the Citizens Commission on 9/11": "9/11 Commission Omits Known Facts to Rubber Stamp Bush Administration's Original 9/11 Story" by David Ray Griffin states: "The (president's) Commission restricted itself to information that can be used to support the official conspiracy theory that the attacks were planned and carried out solely by al Qaeda", and

Whereas

the chairman of the president's Commission, Thomas Kean, refused to review and utilize the evidence contained in "The Report of the Citizens Commission on 9/11"  and

 

Whereas

the 9-11 commission interviewed William Rodriguez , WTC janitor, who stated, in secret testimony, that he and 14 other people were in a WTC 1 basement office when, without warning, "the group felt a tremendous explosion emanating from somewhere below them in one of the five WTC sub levels and felt the floors tremble and saw the walls crack just seconds before the group heard another distant explosion coming from high above." and

 

Whereas

seismographic evidence, 21 miles north of ground zero, and the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) stated time when the planes struck the twin towers (see table) prove that basement explosions occurred 14 and 17 seconds respectively for WTC 1 and 2 before the planes struck the towers, and

 

Whereas

the Twin Towers and WTC 7, which was not struck by an airplane, all fell down in approximately the same time as a freely falling object, and

Whereas

the "smoking gun" indisputable evidence that explosives were used was contained in the red/gray layered chips in the dust when the Twin Towers and WTC 7 collapsed 9/11/01 (see May 2009 Rock Creek Free Press headline: "Scientists Find Explosives in World Trade Center Dust" by Matt Sullivan, Editor)

Whereas

"The Report of the Citizens Commission on 9-11", Sixth Printing 2009, (pgs. 3, 7, 10 and 17) includes the above governmental and scientific evidence that proves the Twin Towers and WTC 7 collapsed in the same manner as a pre-planned controlled demolition,  and

Whereas

these facts were omitted from the "9/11 Commission Report"

Now, Therefore Be it Resolved, that "The Report of the Citizen’s Commission on 9-11" be utilized to determine the true cause of the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC 7.
